Exercises you wish you could do but can't
I have knock knees so I can't do squats or lunges properly, unfortunately. I really wish I could. Attempting to do these exercises always leaves me injured and sidelined for at least a week. Also, I look like an idiot when I run, which is another issue. Are there any exercises that you are physically incapable of doing?

Ravenous on run days
I run/walk 3-6 miles every other day. I'm always over my calories by a significant amount on those days. Am I alone in this?

How effective are squats for a nice booty?
I want a nice round butt and I'm thinking about starting the 30 day squats challenge. I've seen pictures from this challenge and some of them look fake AF. Anyone here develop a great butt from doing squats?

45 minute 5k
I've been stuck at a 45 minute 5k for 6 months. I really want to improve my time. Every time I attempt to run faster, I feel like I'm going to die. Will training for a 10k improve my time?

I am skinny fat. Please help.
So here are a few things about me. Female 5'9 156 lbs 26.4 percent body fat I want to lose 20 lbs, mostly fat hopefully, and then tone up. I work out everyday doing 95 percent cardio. Should I start doing other exercises? Btw, I can't cook so I eat out everyday. (Exactly why I'm skinny fat.)
