Exercises you wish you could do but can't

I have knock knees so I can't do squats or lunges properly, unfortunately. I really wish I could. Attempting to do these exercises always leaves me injured and sidelined for at least a week. Also, I look like an idiot when I run, which is another issue.
Are there any exercises that you are physically incapable of doing?

I've never been able to do a full pushup, only the baby kind with my knees on the floor. I would love to do one! I'm not going to say can't though -- it's can't so far. In fact, now I want to try again.11

A chin up. but i'm lifting weights and training so i can do one eventually.7

With a torn meniscus, and a desire to put off surgery as long as possible, I don't run.0

Two finger Bruce Lee pushups.

I'm not SUPPOSED to run because at only 21 I have weak hip joints. But I do anyways because I love it.
I can't do a real push-up or pull-up, but am working towards it. If I could do one pull-up in a year I'd be ecstatic.4 -

can't run. not that it's totally blighted my life, but still. especially after my most successful attempt which convinced me i actually could have done it if i had been able to keep doing it.
but yeah; no. every time i try, no matter how cautious i am or how well i think i'm managing this time around, i end up crippled for everything else too, for at least a couple of weeks until the stuff that it hurts gets calmed down. i mind not even having the option, i think.2 -
Dragon flag. Gonna be a while before I can do that.2

Squats - lost a couple of important bits from my left knee.
Contact sports - knee again.
Running - only about 1 to 3 miles a week of running in my knees (the right one isn't in great shape either!).
Lunges - well I guess could do them with one of my legs....
Heavy deadlifts - back injury. Anything that causes significant vertical compression is out of bounds. Often have to do shoulder presses one-handed to halve the load.

My current goals are :
Single leg squats - can do them on the TRX but still working on unassisted, would like to be able to do them weighted.
Hanging leg raises - Have/had a really weak core thanks to not being able to work it for 6 months due to a umbilicsl hernia plus upper body isn't quite there yet. Only really getting strength there now, can do seated leg raises and can hang from a bar but not combine the 2.
100kg Deadlift - Managed 98.5kg but failed the last 2 times I tried 100kg (probably mostly mental block).5 -
Belly dancing. Bollixed ACL dashed that real quick.
Acroyoga. Again, stupid ACL made that go adios real fast1 -
I want to do a pull up. Starting work toward it now and hoping I can do one by the end of the year.
Zumba or other dance type workouts. I have zero coordination so unless I want to knock over half the studio like Godzilla, I need to stay out of those classes8 -
Ballet....not because I physically can't, but committing to regular classes is difficult with my schedule and the only place I can find that does casual classes is really out of my way (excuses basically!)

I'm currently too weak for pullups, pushups, and handstands. Working on it!1

Yoga, it makes me giggle!!4

Anything that requires flexibility. Ballet comes to mind. The instructors always have modifications for me, but yoga is no fun either. Nothing to do with flexibility, but I can't do pull ups either.0

Leg lifts. My legs are just dead weight.1

Pull ups, pistols, dips, and push ups they are my holy grail.1

Haha, no, thankfully, but I'm really un-bendy, I've never been able to touch my toes even when I was a kid, so I kind of grunt and "oof" a lot trying to get into most of the positions. I did it when I was pregnant and laughed hysterically all through the course. The only bit I liked was at the very end when you just kind of lie down on your side, close your eyes and "meditate". My cue for a few moments snooze...5 -
Aerobics. I love moving, but my balance is horrible. I've hurt myself a couple of times attempting aerobics so I had to give it up.1

there to many to name. I can't run I look to funny trying. I can do a few push ups before for I need to switch it up to my knees. lunges I can do a little bit then I seem to screw that up. i'm just not coordinated and breathing while exercising I find that hard to0

I have issues with my feet, so I can't do lunges or burpees or anything that involes bending my toes toward the top of my foot. Causes terrible pain. Very limiting.1
-
Pull Ups..But I am using the assist machine at the gym, Better every week.4

Rock climbing. My partner stopped a couple years ago and I don't have anyone to belay me.1
-
Single arm chin up...I can do 12 with both arms; using 1 arm is way cooler.1
-
All of them? I'm not only fat, I'm also REALLY uncoordinated.4
-
90° planch push-ups. I'm working on it though. Doing 10 of them in a row is one of my goals.2
