Finally starting to gain a little, Need some guidance
I'm a 52 yr. female. 5'3" and as of today, 105.4 pounds. I'm currently averaging about 1,900 calories per day to help gain weight. I want to gain muscle as I gain weight but have no idea how to go about it. I don't go to the gym nor do I have any exercise equipment. I do have some resistance bands but haven't begun using…
