Usually determined but really struggling with motivation... feeling a bit crap :-(
I am usually really good and stick to my diet and exercise regular but recently I have put around a stone and a half on, stopped going to the gym (nobody to go with) and I'm eating really badly and can't seem to stop myself. I am trying to get accepted on a Law and Business Management (Hons) uni course and I have been asked to produce a written essay but as this is my first encounter of this type of work, I'm a little lost and would really appreciate and help/guidance anyone could offer.

Updating 'Goals'... goal weight. Where's it gone?
It's been 9/10 months since I last logged on and it seems the goal weight section of the 'goals' tab has disappeared :-/ Can anyone help? I've looked and looked but can't see it.

White bread vs Seeded bread
Just had my lunch, which included 2 slices of seeded bread, and logged it in my diary... out of interest I searched white bread, of the same brand and it works out the white is 78 ish lower in calorific value. Pasta (should I limit my intake)
I'm unsure whether to limit my pasta intake. Having followed slimming world previously, the advice there was to eat as much as you want but looking at the calorific value, I can't see this being correct. Any advice would be helpful :-)
