Not sure if this is a good section for this question. I feel I can't do a work out without music. So, my question- what gets you all moving to accomplish your body goals? Type of music, motivational words / audio books. I need suggestions all!!!
Over the past year, I've been yo-yo dieting. I'm really trying to give this my best effort. Looking for others who are seriously trying to stay focused and who are interested in a support system. If this is you, let's add each other. :)
