Hi, I really want to lose weight but dont have time to go to the gym the only thing I can do is tredmill like 5 days a week around 40 mints is it enough?!! Is there anythin else I can do at home to avoid lose skin while losing weight.? Or what's the best way to use a tredmill To lose weight I mean the speed n timing.
