Advice please. Proportions of Carbs, Fat and Protein.
Please help! Does anyone have any thoughts on the correct proportion of carbs, fat and protein? The default setting seems to be 40% carbohydrate, 30% fat and 30% protein. I eat loads of very low fat protein like milk, tofu and lean chicken, so my protein percentage is always higher than my fat percentage. Should I worry?…
