On a new gluten free, dairy free, low gi eating plan. Can anyone kindly recommend meals, I am finding I am eating the same meals every day :-( or even a good recipe book suggestion would be helpful. Thanks in advance

Sweet Chilli
First day on app. I was shocked. Felt as if I had a good day and eating healthy, trainee iq managed to consume over 44g of carbohydrates in sweet chilli sauce added to evening meal alone, I will not be making that mistake again. I cannot believe it, and I have been having sweet chilli every day for 3 weeks...feeling guilty!
