Ladies Only - menstruating advice

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone finds it hard to maintain healthy eating habits when they are menstruating.
I opted for a new healthy lifestyle and very early days at just over 4 weeks.
Today, is the first day I have struggled when I opted for 25 Haribo as a snack. Seem to be craving SUGAR! But my normal fruit etc wasn't cutting it for me! Feel really guilty now, I have been doing really well given the short period of time since the changes introduced!

That's perfectly normal. It's best to have a plan ahead of time. I keep treats like mochi, mini cups of ice cream, things I can easily add into my daily goal that fill those cravings. Aside from a little temporary water weight gain, I do fine that way.2
