Hey everyone, I wanted to get some easy but yummy healthy snacks for during the day. I'm always under my calorie intake, and I think it's due to me not having snacks in between meals :) Thanks for all the comments

DRINKING
So I really want to find out about drinking while trying to loose weight. I have heard if your going to drink, have a glass of wine. No hard liquor or beer. What are all your thoughts?
