Snacks!!

Hey everyone,
I wanted to get some easy but yummy healthy snacks for during the day. I'm always under my calorie intake, and I think it's due to me not having snacks in between meals :)

    Almonds, boiled eggs, babybel or other cheese, veggie sticks and hummus, homemade muffins (i always add veggies like carrot or zucchini plus fruit, different grains or seeds, minimal added sugar), fruit/nut loaf (I left out the honey and added grated apple and zucchini).

    Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder (if you freeze this, it will be like ice cream)

    Couple of eggs

    Tuna with 1 T each mayo and relish

    Cottage cheese with onion, garlic, tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper

    Leftovers :)

    Broth based veggie soup

    Deli meat roll up (basically a wrap, but I use lettuce instead of tortilla)

    Apple and PB2

    Crudites: you can pre-cut your veggies

    1 oz nuts (I like cashews or almonds)

    Quest Bar or other protein bar

    Can of green beans or spinach (I add vinegar and sometimes eat it straight out of the can. Lol)


    Also, I'd suggest looking at other people's diaries. I get a lot of good ideas that way :) good luck!

    Anything including peanut butter will increase your calories by a lot. Unfortunately for me.
