Phone not counting all steps while on elliptical
Sooooo past few weeks I've only been walking. Decided to get back into the gym today. Did 30 min, 1.75 miles on the elliptical. Amazeballs for first day back...right? Looking for 90 challenge folks
New to this! I need to loose 10% of my body weight by Aug 31 to receive a discount on my health insurance thru my company. So I wanna be pretty damn strict for the next 90 days. Does anyone want to start a 90 challenge? 30 year old female, St Louis, Married, no children (yet)
