Sooooo past few weeks I've only been walking. Decided to get back into the gym today. Did 30 min, 1.75 miles on the elliptical. Amazeballs for first day back...right? I then find out my iPhone, which I had in my bra like I always do during walks, didn't calculate all my steps!!! I've avoided getting a Fitbit because I don't always move my arms. Has anyone ever used a Fitbit around their ankle?

I usually set my iPhone in one of the cupholders on the elliptical, and just log it as cardio exercise. Makes it simpler, I find. Makes my step count lower, obviously, but hopefully a more accurate calorie count.0

I have a fitbit one and find it extremely accurate. Although, when it am on an elliptical, I am assuming because of the gliding, and sometimes I sort of heap upward...it confuses steps for walking up stairs. So what I do, is I take it off my bra, set it in the upholder...and then log what I burned later. Hope this helps!0
