A couple months ago I read somewhere(sorry can't find it) that you DON'T have to eat a lot of fat on Keto because the fat you DONT eat will be burned by your body using your stored fat. Is this true?? Is there any science to this?? Been Keto 5 months and starting to experiment a little. Thanks
I've been Keto for 3 months and a longtime user of MFP. Decided to start over due to others telling me HOW I SHOULD EAT! I'm NOT starving myself!!!! I do IF (18/6 or 20/4) and Keto. So deleted my former acct and need to find like minded people. So frustrating. Please add me. My name is Christine. :)
