Mix up
What is something you all do to mix up your work outs?! So far ( on week 2) I walk in the early mornings.... I average 4-41/2 miles daily then go to work and have a desk job. Needing something to boost! :)

This is my first full week on fittness pal. I have to say I am quite impressed with the results so far! I have always been discouraged with previous results. It's not a diet but more of an accountability ap and I like it!! Would love to connect with some of you for the motivation!
