Been having the worst 3 months of my life! Gained back 11lbs and can't seem to get back on track. Feel like giving up but I know I can't. I have a new grandson I need to be healthy for and set a good example! Help!!!!
I work nights and am having trouble getting my steps in. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet constantly but only walk maybe 1,000 steps per night if I'm lucky. All I want to do when I get home is get my sleep before the family gets home. I can't walk the halls due to sleeping patients. Any suggestions?
