6'5 335 starting weight, age 35
In just under a month I am at 308. Currently eating 1800-2000 calories and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. Usually 30 to 45 min on elliptical burning 440 to 700 calories. I am am also doing 1 or 2 days of weight training. Biggest change is no sodas or candy. Right now the worst thing I eat is Greek yogurt key lime flavored.…
