6'5 335 starting weight, age 35

In just under a month I am at 308. Currently eating 1800-2000 calories and doing cardio 5-6 days a week. Usually 30 to 45 min on elliptical burning 440 to 700 calories. I am am also doing 1 or 2 days of weight training. Biggest change is no sodas or candy. Right now the worst thing I eat is Greek yogurt key lime flavored. My goal is 280 by December. I plan on quitting my job and going back to school and start a new career

    Good job! Stick with it. I am 10 yrs older but 6'5 and started at a little over 300lbs. Been 8 weeks and down to 267. I do a good mix of cardio and weights, I haven't cut out anything completely but soda only a couple times a month. I have a sweet tooth but have moderated myself to a very small amount daily.
