I have switched my diet in reverse by my carbohydrate intake post work out with my last 2 meals ( besides the occasional sugar relapse break down during the day) With my fasted 15 min H.I.T.T cardo and my yohimbine hcl in the morning I have cut 23 pounds in less than 15 weeks.
