So the old debate about carbs. I have switched my diet in reverse by my carbohydrate intake post work out with my last 2 meals ( besides the occasional sugar relapse break down during the day) With my fasted 15 min H.I.T.T cardo and my yohimbine hcl in the morning I have cut 23 pounds in less than 15 weeks. I do also lift weights 4 days a week and a 5 mile power walk on sundays. Never the less I had gotten rid of the stubborn fat spots around hips. My diet is 2300 calories 225 protein 200 carbs and 65 fat. This is my cut process soon ready for clean bulk. Any suggestions for a clean bulk with out putting back stubborn love handles

Well done on the cut! When you're at a bf% where you're ready to bulk, there's a forum for gaining weight elsewhere on the site which would have more guidance than this weight loss area. Happy bulking

eh it's not what you eat it's about how much.

and I have yet to see anything that will convince me that when you eat certain macros matter.

    ^^ agreed.

Timing your food in various ways may help on the workout end, especially if you are in a deficit. But net weight loss/gain is strictly a calorie count thing.

I don't go very deep into such things but I do try to eat whatever I'm going to eat not to long before I workout, it's just easier and more pleasant to exercise with some food in me than it is when I haven't eaten in hours.
