What are some of your swim workouts? I've just recently switched to 1000 free 1000 breast none stop.

Fairly stagnant
I've changed my diet and been swimming 2000 yards in 40 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I haven't lost a single pound... About to say "screw it" and go on a cake-only diet lol

Caloric Intake/Output
I'm not entirely sure what to do. I'm currently 6'2" at 220 lbs so I'm looking to lose a chunk of weight. According to MFP, I should net 2100 calories a day to lose a pound a week.
