Hi everyone. I have been a member on and off for probably 5-6 years (maybe more). In that time I have, in my opinion, been 28 lbs overweight. Back again
I'm back again - for the third time on MFP. Now using in conjuntion with my fitbit. I need to lose about 25 lbs. Struggling basically with eating too much!
