Hi everyone. I have been a member on and off for probably 5-6 years (maybe more). In that time I have, in my opinion, been 28 lbs overweight. My weight has stayed pretty much the same whatever I eat or do. I have now decided that I need to cut my weight loss goal to 14 lbs so for me today is Day 1.
Plan: regular exercise concentrating on target of 10000 steps a day, gym and/or swimming at least ice a week, reducing chocolates and biscuits at work, LESS alcohol
