What are some of your favorite dance workout videos. I have been doing T25 for quite some time and I’m getting burnt out. My favorites are the speed 2.0 and 3.0. I've been doing T25 for almost 5 months now and I just feel like I have no stamina at all. I've always been active and keeping my stamina up has always been an issue. Is there anything I can do to make that better or is it all in my head that I just need to suck it up?
