I just can't seem to lose weight 180 i go down to 175 then no lower been that way for awhile. I wkout like 5 times a week cardio 30 to hr. Weight train as well.
let's do this together!
Hi I been doing this app for 2 weeks today. I had a health scare, and dr asked me to download this app to help watch my sodium. I have found this app to be more than helpful. I need friends lol to keep me accountable. Good luck everyone .
