stuck

I just can't seem to lose weight 180 i go down to 175 then no lower been that way for awhile. I wkout like 5 times a week cardio 30 to hr. Weight train as well.

    How many calories are you eating, and how are you measuring those? Weight loss has more to do with food eaten than with exercise.

    Also how long have you been stuck at 175?
