Calorie deficit questions !!
I have a calorie deficit of 900. I set my calorie intake at 1300. Well today I ate roughly 1800 in calories, burned around 1400 according to my automatic sync on my Fitbit. Should I keep my caloric deficit at bay since I preset my intake at 1300 calorie for weight loss or should I eat those 900 extra calories that I'm…

New yrs resolution: lose weight!!
So I'm one of those who's new yrs resolution is to get back in shape!! Haha. Well i got a Fitbit blaze a few weeks ago and I got back to being consistent with the gym.
