Yea I'll start macro checking next week. Just wanted and overall census what y'all do. I ate 500 more calories than of I wouldn't had worked out!

Mfp says my remaining calories is 900. Well I wore my Fitbit all day, walked a ton, and worked out with it. It gave me a 1400 calorie intake boost.

resort to craigslist. I know! my hub and I bought a 2000 treadmill we ended up sEllin for 400. we barely used that thing, but had to get rid of it since me moved across country

I do crossfit too. when I wear my polar watch, I burn on avg400-750 calories depending on the wrkout/intensity.

I'm always hungry haha. I work out to eat too but apparently I eat way more than I burn!
