Any Women Over 50?
Hi - This is Mary from Oregon I am new to this site as of today. I have always worked out and pretty much tried to watch my weight ,but the years are getting the best of me , so I thought I would give this site a try. I have muscle under my fat and I want to see it. Hopefully this site will help me to do that.

Hi Everyone, I seem to exercise about 5 days a week for about 1 to 2 hours a day.So I add that to my food for that day and have extra points for eating . It looks like I'am doing OK , But I am not losing -I am gaining . HELP!!!!! what am I doing wrong????? Mary
