Gaining

Hi Everyone,

I seem to exercise about 5 days a week for about 1 to 2 hours a day.So I add that to my food for that day and have extra points for eating .
It looks like I'am doing OK , But I am not losing -I am gaining .
HELP!!!!! what am I doing wrong?????
