Hi, im 44 and from Ohio. I have gone through a lot in the last few years, and needless to say I eat when stressed. I had gotten up to the biggest I had ever been. My body hurt and I was depressed. I have lost 80 pounds but still want to lose 50 more. I'm feeling so much better, but I want to be even more healthy.
This has been an awful day. I have let it effect my diet and my workout today. I feel like crap about it.
Did 650 pounds on the leg press today, I shocked myself. Lol
