Stuck!!!
My weight loss was ticking along nicely, I was consistently losing 2 maybe 3lbs a week, in 15 weeks I dropped from 212lbs to 168lbs (12stone) but for 5 weeks I haven't shifted any weight! Accurate weight??
Ok... So I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, BUT I have a few sips of coffee then exercise before I eat anything. When I say exercise, it's nothing hardcore, just a 5k brisk walk which gets the heart pumping, I'm slightly out of breath + sweaty. I shower then jump on the scale which is usually then 1.5 or 2lb…
