I know a little at a time. Start small. Make small goals (10 at a time). For anyone who lost or are losing a large amount of weight, what do you do to keep yourself motivated? What drives you? What are some of your tips?
Hello. I am almost 400 pounds. I used to walk 4-8 miles a day. Now it hurts (Lowe back) if I go up hill or more than a block or two. I want/need to be able to get in some cardio in, but don't want to be in horrible pain or risk injury. Ideas? Please!!!
