Extend Drink during Workout
I drink extend BCAA’s while I workout (cardio mostly) , without it I get bad cramps. Does anyone know if this is healthy or know of a better alternative? Thank you.

Leg cramps & salt
If I eat clean and excercise I develop lower leg cramps at night and or restless leg syndrome at night. The only thing that helps me is pickle juice or adding extra salt to my food.
