Calorie counter questions
Ok so I'm new to working out and eating better (so feel free to add me), anywho I just completed 30 minutes of medium to high intensity Zumba. Given the fact that I'm 360lbs (yikes I know, thats why I'm here) mfp states I lost 718 calories!?! Idk it just sounds crazy. I understand the larger you are the more calories…
