It’s a year today since I started my weight loss journey .. 4 stone down and 21 Lbs still to go . The struggle is still real , fitness and exercise is surprisingly easier for me to stick at then the healthy eating but determined to carry on and get to my goal. Show me your progress peeps ..
Anyone else find Map my run MMR app useful and helpful .. I love how it connects to MFP and can cheer each other on with work outs and running 🏃🏼♀️
Hi all .. love to see your success stories and give each other a boost that WE can do this ... hit my first Goal on here today and super pleased ... my first goal was to be under 13 stone , I’ve done it and lost 3st 8lbs since March . Now on to my next goal ... be a healthy BMI
I’m 37 and have lost 3st 8lbs so far with a complete change in my lifestyle.. better diet (although I cheat on a weekend with the wine 🍷) I have gone from no exercise to 4-5 work outs a week . I’ve taken up running which I thought I was incapable of and do boxercise 🥊 which is bloody hard work .. What have your changed ?…
