Getting tighter, leaner
I am at a cross roads. Having lost 100lb successfully I am trying to get leaner (less body fat) and tighter (especially in my thighs, butt) but not weigh less (currently 5'4" and 104lb). My diet is pretty tight (100g prot; 120g carb; 25g fat) and I work out with weights 4 days a week. Any suggestions?
