54 over the belt old man
I am starting to exercise it has been over 30 years since I actually worked out my son and daughter bought me a Fitbit Blaze and I love it I am starting to walk more and it's nice to have other people to talk to to get encouragement from and also give encouragement so take it easy on an old man LOL
