Hello everyone, I started C25K near the end of April and this week is my last one! I'm not sure what I should do next; should I keep going to 10K or give myself a break or just do some easier workouts for a week or two? I know I would like to keep running; one of my goals is to run a half-marathon. So, any suggestions?
I am and I'm a little stuck on week 5.
I'm having trouble reaching my calorie goal without exceeding the fat and sugar goals I have. Anyone have a recipe for snacking food (like granola bars, trail mix, even desserts) they'd be willing to share?
I assumed that I should keep my daily calorie consumption well under my daily calorie goal. But would it be healthier and even help me lose more weight if I kept it close to my goal? Also should I eat as many calories as I burn in a workout in addition to my usual intake? Any answers will be much appreciated. :)
I'd love to have some friends! Just started last week. Find it encouraging to see others' progress. I would especially like it if we are planning to lose the same amount of weight - 50 lbs. So let me know and I'll look forward to "meeting" you!
