After workout snack?
I will be going to the gym primarily at night after work (10p or so) I want to have a small snack after. It has to be light enough that I can feel comfortable sleeping soon after eating. What do you suggest?

I'm new at this does MFP already count your calorie deficit for weight loss into your calories for the day?
