I just finished reading Eat Fat Get Thin. It provides a lot of information and suggests the use of more supplements than I’ve ever used. There is a highly structured 21 day detox period to eliminate cravings. Has anyone ever tried this? Was it effective?
How is this possible? It surely can't be the same as a regular ounce. Why does this measurement seem to appear inappropriately on the food data base? A fluid ounce of cheese?

I have the basics of LCHF down pretty well. I lost 22 lbs initially but put about 8 back so I'm back with new resolve. My biggest problem seems to be how to eat more fat without adding too much protein. What are the techniques that you use to up your fat macro?
I've marinated steak and chicken in a variety of things. Usually half the marinade is left behind after 24 hrs. Do I count all the carbs or only half? All the calories or only half?
