Why is my projected weight higher since adding water?
I know the projected weight doesn't mean much, but I'm just curious: My projected weight was 121.8 and when I added my water it went up to 123.5??

Can one or two days ruin all good work?
After 3 weeks of eating healthy, I haven't lost weight, I've actually gained a little. I know other factors might be involved but I was wondering if one or two bad days a week could ruin everything else.

Why is my projected weight more if I ate less calories?
So you know how when you complete your diary for the day, you get told what your weight will be in 5 weeks if you stick to that diet? Well I ate 50 calories less one day and my projected weight was higher than it was today, when I went a little over. Anyone know why? I still went over my sugars and carbs so idk...

Never had to try to lose weight before...advice?
So I've always been skinny. I had an eating disorder related to depression in middle/high school and barely ate. Well that all changed in college. I'm 22 now and since having a stomach ulcer earlier this year, I've noticeably gained weight for the first time. I've never had to restrict my food before, so I guess I'm asking…
