What should my daily diet include for me to gain weight?
Hello! I am currently at 72kg with 186 cm, and would like to get to aprox 86 in a healthy way. Gotta eat roughly 2700 calories per day. Got shakes too. What food do you guys recommend? As a side note: I suffer from psoriazis, so pls nu nightshades, spicy, junk food or gluten pls. THX!
