negative calorie adjustments
I'm confused. my trainer wants me to set my calorie goal for the day at 1500. When I put my weight into MFP and enter a goal of 1 pound loss a week, it give me a calorie total of 1900ish. Does that mean that according to MFP if I follow the 1900 I should lose 1 pound a week or do I have to subtract the 500 at day and set…
