Is it true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I was recently told that lunch was the most important and that it should have your highest calorie intake of all your daily meals as that when you are most active.

Sugar vs Honey vs Dried Raisins
I have started to eat porridge. I prefer to have it just a little sweet. I used to put a few dried raisins at first but after reading the calorie count of raisins I switched to a small tea spoon of honey. Is honey better to have as a sweetener? I take no other added sugars in my diet.

I am so upset with myself!!!
For the last 2 months I have been doing so well....until today that is. I succumbed to the nagging urges of my chocolate tooth! I haven't had any for 2 months....or any added sugar of any kind - but today I bought 1 x 4 pack of Cadbury's Twirl - at 92 calories each stick.....I ate the lot!
