Getting down to race weight - dos and donts
I am a road cyclist and triathlete. New to the forum - apologise if Ive done something silly/broken any rules Anyway Im trying to get leaner for more watt per kg for the upcoming race season. Current ftp 300 so thats 4.1 wkg - - weight 72kg (was going for 65/6kg race weight) height 165 m. Typically do 10-14 hours per week…
