Very discouraging
I'm trying to get back on track and they seem to have changes everything not sure when but all I'm trying to do is make a meal that usually have and make it easily accessible.and I just can't seem to do it .how incredibly silly to make it so non intuitive.

Looking for friends
2 yrs into this journey lost 70 pounds trying to keep it off so far so good .. getting bored at gym and looking to connect with like minded people. I run 3 to 5 miles per day 6 days a week and hit the weights 5 days But still love chocolate : ( . Any body like to share experiances

Muscle definition
Im 49 excercise 90/120 minutes 6 days a week 60 min cardio the rest weights .cant seem to get real definition in arms or chest . Any good routines out there?
