Im 49 excercise 90/120 minutes 6 days a week
60 min cardio the rest weights .cant seem to get real definition in arms or chest .
Any good routines out there?

Have a read through them and decide which suits you best.
Do you know your body fat?
To get definition you may need to drop some weight.

Definition comes from a lower body fat percentage coupled with at least some moderate musculature. Are you currently eating at a deficit?2

P90x. Or P90x3. Less time either way, and you will definitely see definition. If I can get visible definition in my shoulders back and arms from it, and I'm a Mom of 5, and 126 lbs, anyone could. Lol0

You might not have low enough body fat %, or you might not have enough muscle. Which do you think it is for you?

I looked bulky till I dropped to about 15% i'm more than likely under 10% now with veins freaking Every where super defined. My avatar is me at 195 I'm 178 now1
