Deleted my exercise :(
I accidentally deleted today's exercise (burned calories), as recorded by my fitbit, from my log. How do get it back? Re-syncing doesn't work. I burned 1000+ and without it my diary is WAY off.

How does age effect weight loss?
Hi All, I have a question about age and losing weight. When I was 30 I went on a diet and lost over 100lbs. I lost about 3-4 lbs a week on a 1,400 cal and 30-40 min step aerobics workout a day. That was 3.5 years ago and I'm back on a diet after some weight gain. It's pretty much the same diet plan I was on before and…

Ideas for vegan, low-calorie recipes?
I'd love any suggestions for vegan, low-cal meals. Preferably, not with exotic ingredients, not a great selection where I live. Getting tired of my staples of quorn chicken, stir fries and oats. Thanks

Training for long distance walking
Does anyone have tips for a beginner wanting to get into long distance walking? I have my eye on the Camino de Santiago in two years. I'd heard stories about pretty fit people who have attempted it who come home with back, knee and calf issues because they hadn't trained specific for LDW. So, any guidance would help!

'Calories used in exercise' inaccurate ?!
Apparently walking for 100 mins at 18.5 mins per km burns 428 calories but walking for 100 mins at 15 mins per hour burns 514 calories!?! That doesn't seem right to me. I have a feeling that both are quiet high, burning 1/3 of my daily allowance in only 100 mins of WALKING. Nah. How are these calculated?

What's My Daily Activity Level
Hi All, I have a question about the Daily Active setting: I'm a housekeeper in a hotel. It's physically tough work; vacuuming, changing beds, moving furniture etc. for 7 hours a day. I sweat from one end of the day to the other. Does that put my in the Active or Very Active camp? I originally chose Active but logging my…
