I dont usually eat salads that often, i try to but i usually eat them in periods. Id go salad all dy erydy and then id fall off. Well i did salads and wrkout for 5 days straight and lost 8 pounds butbi cant seem to move from there. Any help on how to get things moving again? Thanx yall!! :)
Some days i just dont wanna move a muscle even though i know u should. When i dont i feel so guilty i could roll up and die. Any tips yall use 2 keep moving?
